How do I enable auto-renewal?
If you check the option [I agree to renew my Annual License automatically] when purchasing a license, the automatic renewal will be activated.

How do I cancel auto-renewal?
To cancel, enter the email address and serial number associated with your license on the Manage auto-renewal page. If you have already been charged, email us at bandicam@bandicam.com.

How can I enable automatic renewal if I didn’t sign up for it when purchasing the Annual License?
You can purchase an additional Annual License on the website and enable automatic renewal during the purchase process. Then, contact us at bandicam@bandicam.com, and we will extend the validity period of your existing license and enable automatic renewal for it.

Can I change the credit card information used for automatic renewal?
Yes. Please purchase the same product again on our website and select the automatic renewal option during checkout. Then contact us at bandicam@bandicam.com. We will cancel the new license, update the credit card information, and extend the validity period of your existing license.

Can I change the serial number upon renewal?
If you contact us at bandicam@bandicam.com right after renewing your license, we can issue a new serial number for you.

How can I check my license status or remaining days?
You can check the number of purchased licenses and the remaining validity period in the About tab of Bandicam. Click the [Refresh license information] button, or click [Update Registration] and enter your serial number to view the updated license information.
